How do I make reservations at the host hotel for the show?

A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $249.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, October 7, 2024, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner. The link to reserve your room at the discounted group rate will be available soon.

CHECK IN/OUT POLICY

Check-in at the Omni Louisville Hotel begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-800-THE-OMNI. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours will not be penalized. Individual attendees will be charged for one night’s room and tax if they cancel within 72 hours of arrival.



Warning for attendees and exhibitors:

It has come to our attention that a number of third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending or sponsoring Shingle Recycling Forum regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent Shingle Recycling Forum, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Shingle Recycling Forum and that is to book directly through the Omni Louisville Hotel. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
